OnBoarding
E&W offer a systematic approach to executive onboarding,
designed to accelerate a leader’s transition to a new position, group,
or organization. Its goal is to maximize productivity of newly hired leaders,
accelerate cultural assimilation and increase executive retention.
Our services cover both program needs assessment and design, and program implementation.
We typically partner with HR to assess the company’s onboarding needs,
with the purpose of strengthening the existing OnBoarding program or establishing
a new one. The program is designed as an integral part of the company’s
talent management process, and customized to the company’s unique needs.
We support individual leaders in building and executing a transition plan
over their first 90 days in their new role. For this we provide transition
and planning tools and implementation processes, as well as leadership transition
coaching.
In providing OnBoarding services we draw on our extensive organizational development,
change management and leadership coaching experience. We augment our coaching
services with well qualified affiliates as needed.
